CHILDREN

Children as young as 4 can start their journey as martial artists.  Children begin building self-discipline, confidence, and improved physical abilities such as coordination and flexibility. 

 When you fuse this training with our powerful character development program children in the Griffin's Martial Arts program get the tools and training to use them to transform aspirations to achievements.

TEENS/ADULTS

Our teens and adult program begin at 15 years of age and includes the arts of Koammudo, Taekwondo, and Hapkido.  Students learn self-defense, traditional weapons, and proper breathing. 

Our fun and exciting classes will help build muscle, burn fat, decrease stress and increase balance and stamina.


For parents this is a great way  to spend quality time with your child(ren).  Live the experience - it is one of a kind!

CAMPS

Griffin's Martial Arts Center, LLC offers a Summer Camp each year.  Camps are led by 5th Dan black belt and award-winning public school teachers. The camps are open to everyone.
